CRM Audience Targeting

We can target audiences that already exist within a company’s CRM database. This is effective for new product launches, loyalty programs, or when advertisers want to reach consumers who have already interacted with their brand but did not convert.

For example, a furniture company wants to promote their new line of hot tubs to their existing customers. The furniture company has been in business for decades and has a large CRM list of past current and past customers. We can create a custom audience from their CRM list, and then design creative to showcase these hot tubs to just those customers on this CRM list using display banners and Connected TV video.
